Gameshop Malta Limited (trading as Octoplay) holds a Class 2 license issued by the Romanian National Gambling Office (nr. 1138/30.07.2024) for distribution of specialized software in the gambling field granted on 1st August 2024.

Gameshop Malta Limited (trading as Octoplay) holds a Type A.1 - Manufacturing Suitability License issued by the Hellenic Gaming Commission with license number HGC-000139-MN which was granted on the 9th August 2024.

Gameshop Limited (trading as Octoplay) holds a license to manufacture, supply, install or adapt gambling software and to operate a casino granted by the Gambling Commission with license number 000-061756-R-336614-001 on 22nd March 2023.

Gameshop Limited (trading as Octoplay) and Gameshop Malta Limited were each granted a license (23Si628 and 23Si626) by Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority) on the 1st July 2023, to be able to licence manufacture, supply, install or adapt gambling software.

Gameshop Malta Limited has renewed its Gaming related supplier - Manufacturer license (GRSM1311915) granted by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario as of the 22nd November 2024.

Gameshop Malta Limited has been granted a license as a game provider by the Spillemyndigheden (Danish Gambling Authority) (24-438938) on the 9th December 2024.

Gameshop Americas (trading as Octoplay) holds an Internet Gaming Supplier License by the Michigan Gaming Control Board issued on the 4th February 2025. 

Gameshop Americas (trading as Octoplay) holds an I-Gaming Interim Supplier License issued by the West Virginia Lottery on 8th April 2026.

Gameshop Americas (trading as Octoplay) holds an Gaming Vendors Application (Temporary Approval)  issued by the STATE OF DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE STATE LOTTERY OFFICE on 22nd June 2026.

Gameshop (Malta) Limited (trading as Octoplay) holds a conditional license approval issued by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC) on May 11th 2026.
